Pam Jester is Richmond Hearing Doctor's part-time receptionist. She is most often at the Forest Avenue office one day a week but will occasionally fill-in at the Midlothian office as well. Having worked with the Richmond Hearing Doctors' Audiologists in the past, we knew she would be a great asset to our team! Pam has worked with hearing aids for 12 years now and can often clean your aids or even do a quick repair on them while you wait – if she's not on the phone or helping someone at the counter. She is also very knowledgeable about how to help people get used to their hearing aids, assistive devices such as amplified telephones, and various warranty options available for hearing aids. Pam, originally from Atlanta, has been married 28 years and has 2 boys – one graduated from and one still attending VCU. She enjoys music, tennis, yoga, and inventing new recipes | Email Pam Jester

Maria Nicholas

Maria Nicholas is the full-time receptionist at our Southside office. She previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Genex Services for 3 years prior to joining Richmond Hearing Doctors in April 2016. She has been a fast learner who now seems like she has been working with hearing aids her whole life. Maria loves when patients get hearing aids for the first time and starts hearing everything they have been missing – she says "the smile on their faces makes me so happy!" A long-time resident of Hanover, Va, she recently got married on Hatteras Beach in North Carolina. Besides spending time at the beach, she enjoys fishing and being with her husband, son and four dogs. | Email Maria Nicholas
